It is the ideal equipment for upgrading and replacing the laboratory sample preparation. It is widely used in the preparation of medium strength material samples in laboratories of various industries. The machine adopts the splitting crushing principle. When the material enters the crushing chamber and is hit by the hammer head on the rotor, the material is crushed. The crushed material is usually in regular granular shape. The material in the machine chamber collides with the inner wall and accelerates the crushing speed. The crushed material enters the shrinkage system through the sieve castor hole. The dividing system consists of a quadrant and a dichotomy. The divider moves horizontally and reciprocally, that is, cutting materials. The groove of the divider discharges material in two directions, further dividing the cutting material so that part of the material is collected and part of the material is discarded. In this way, a number of points are regularly adopted at different parts of the material, so that the samples can represent all the materials fed into the machine. This series of machine is designed for stepless adjusting shrinkage ratio. It can shrink materials by 1/2-1/8.
