MTLX-8 coal falling strength tester is used to measure the crushing strength of coal. The product is designed and manufactured according to the coal industry standard MT/T 925-2004 "Industrial briquette falling strength determination method" and referring to GB/T15459-1995 "coal crushing strength determination method".
Working principle
The briquette drop strength tester was modified according to the crushing strength test method of standard coal. It conformed to the design of MT/T925-2004 briquette strength test method. A certain number of briquette samples were freely dropped from 2 m high to the steel plate with specified thickness. Then the briquette with particle size greater than 13mm falls down again and falls three times. The briquette with particle size greater than 13mm after the third fall accounts for the percentage of the mass of the prototype coal sample, indicating the falling strength of briquette.
The instrument consists of steel plate, frame, marking rod, positioning wheel, falling device, etc. Put the sample coal block in the tray, press the button, the instrument will rise automatically. After reaching the specified height, the rise and fall will stop, the tray will fall down automatically, and the coal block will fall into the steel plate frame, and operate according to the next number of falls required by the national standard. The crushed coal is weighed and the strength value is calculated.
