The determination principle and precautions during use of the microcomputer fully automatic fluorine-chlorine analyzer

Model:FL-900
Principle of Fluorine Determination
The coal sample burns and hydrolyzes in a mixed gas flow of oxygen and water vapor. The fluorine in the coal is converted into volatile fluorides and quantitatively dissolved in water. The fluoride ion selective electrode is used as the indicator electrode and the saturated calomel electrode as the reference electrode. The fluoride ion concentration in the sample is determined by the standard addition method, and the total fluorine content in the coal is calculated.

Principle of Chlorine Determination
The coal sample burns and hydrolyzes in a mixed gas flow of oxygen and water vapor. The chlorine in the coal is converted into chlorides and quantitatively dissolved in water. Using silver as the indicator electrode and silver-silver chloride as the reference electrode, the concentration of chloride ions in the solution is titrated with standard silver nitrate solution by the potentiometric method. The chlorine content in the coal is calculated based on the amount of silver nitrate solution used.

What issues should be noted during the use of a fluorine-chlorine detector?

Do not squeeze the LCD liquid crystal display screen, as it may cause the LCD liquid crystal screen to break or be damaged.

2. During the installation process of the silicon carbide tubes, they must not leave the countertop to avoid falling. When installing the silicon carbide tube clamps, the two semi-circular ends of the double screws must not be twisted or broken.

3. The polarity and placement position of the thermocouple.

4. All wires must be firmly connected and avoid contact with the furnace body for heating.

5. All pipelines should be protected from the possibility of being changed or bent.

6. The airtightness of the connection between the gas and water lines.

7. Pay attention to the temperature changes in the furnace after starting up.

8. During the first heating process of the new furnace body, a "pop" sound may be made due to the expansion of the shell. This is normal.
