Controller operation
(1) Connect the power supply and press the "Start" button (do not press when power is cut off and the system is restored). The controller will enter the self-check state and display "..." Tdy……” ; There is an alarm sound. Press the "Mute" key to mute it. About 30 seconds later, the self-check is completed, and the controller displays: test time, required temperature, and actual furnace temperatures of the front and rear furnaces.
(2) Determination of the initial required temperature: When the controller self-checks and enters normal operation, if the average value of the furnace temperature before and after the initial operation is less than 40℃, it is considered a cold furnace start-up. The initial required furnace temperature is set at 20℃, and the test time is set at 0. After 2 minutes, it increases at a rate of 10℃ per minute. If the average value of the initial actual furnace temperature is greater than 40℃, it is considered that the heater has started. The initial furnace temperature will be set as the initial required furnace temperature, and the corresponding test time will be automatically calculated. When the required temperature reaches 200℃, slow down and increase at a rate of 5℃ per minute. After reaching 250℃, increase at a rate of 3℃ per minute until the end of the test.
2. Computer operation
The computer has five display Windows (Start window, test data filling window, monitoring window, test report window and database window), which can be freely switched.
(1) Turn on the computer, enter the gel layer program, the Start window will be displayed. Click the "Welcome in" button in the Start window to enter the test data filling window.
(2) In the test data filling window, enter the relevant content. The following items must be filled in or clicked
① Fill in the test number or sample number.
② Click on one operation mode (there are three operation modes in total: double furnace, front furnace, and rear furnace).
If conducting a new experiment, click the "Clear Library" button in the experiment data filling window to clear the previous data.
④ Click the "Monitoring" button in the test data filling window to enter the monitoring window.
(3) In the monitoring window
① Display the working status and test time, required temperature, actual temperatures of the front and rear furnaces, real-time values of the volume curve, as well as the volume curve turning indication signal.
② Automatically draw the temperature and volume curves of the front and rear furnaces.
③ Automatically fill in the actual temperatures of the front and rear furnaces every ten minutes.
④ The upper and lower glue dots entered and the curves of the upper and lower glue surfaces formed by connecting them.
⑤ Operations such as window switching can be performed, including "Mute", "official heating", "Calculation Results", "Print", and "Save".
(4) When necessary, you can switch to the database window for querying.
(5) When the required temperature reaches 250℃, it increases at a rate of 3℃ per minute, and the volume curve value becomes a relative value. Then, the data is entered into the database every two minutes or when the volume curves of the front and rear furnaces change.
(6) When the volume curve turns, the computer will instruct the controller to alarm and turn the turning indicator light on the monitoring surface red. The operator decides whether to measure the rubber surface according to the situation. Pressing the "Mute" button will mute and restore the turn indicator light to green.
(7) Input the data of the upper and lower rubber surfaces
At the origin of the front and rear furnace coordinate axes, there is a "Enter" key. Clicking this key will display three text boxes for time, upper glue surface, and lower glue surface, as well as a "Confirm" key on the right side. After filling in the measured data into the corresponding text box, click the "Confirm" key, and the data entered will display the corresponding points in the monitoring surface and the front and rear furnace test report Windows. ② The entered data should be stored in the database or filled in the corresponding form.
(8) If the operator believes that the test can be concluded, click the "Calculate Result" button. The computer will form the upper and lower rubber surface curves in the monitoring window as required by the national standard, and precisely calculate the X and Y values, which will be filled in the relevant table.
(9) On the rubber surface curves of the front and rear furnaces, there are various technical characteristics of the coke blocks for the operator to choose from. After clicking on one situation in each item, the test report will be automatically filled in.
(10) Click the "Print" button to output the test report. Click the "Save" button to save the test report in the corresponding directory. If you need to query, click the "Historical Query" key in the Start window, and a query dialog box will pop up. Click the name of the query you want to query, and then click Open.
(11) To exit the operation, click the "Start Window" key in the window switch, enter the Start window, click the "Exit Operation" key to exit the operation, and cut off the power supply.
