It is a key manufacturer of coal quality production and testing in the country.
The WDL-8000A microcomputer rapid sulfur analyzer is mainly used to determine the total sulfur content in coal, steel and various minerals. It can be used in laboratories of departments such as coal, power, metallurgy and geological exploration. The sulfur analyzer of Hebi Huanuo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. features rapid measurement and accurate results. The operation is fully manual, and the test results are superior to the national standard.
Operation steps
First, use a PC200×300 sealed hammer crusher to crush the raw coal or anthracite evenly. Take a portion and place it in a digital display blower drying oven at 105-110 degrees Celsius for one hour (under 2 ventilation conditions). After cooling, grind it into powder. Then, use a magnetic boat to weigh three samples of 48-52mg each. Heat the sulfur analyzer to 1050 degrees Celsius in advance and add the electrolyte when it reaches 950 degrees Celsius. Place the weighed samples respectively into the sulfur analyzer, input the mass, and the test will be automatically conducted by burning.
Hebi Huanuo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on the research and production of coal element analysis instruments, including calorimeter, sulfur analyzer, ash volatile matter analyzer, moisture analyzer series, bonding index analyzer series, gel layer analyzer series, hydrogen analyzer series, industrial analyzer series, Hastelloy grindable analyzer series, ash melting point analyzer series, rotary drum machine series, crusher series, prototype machine series, etc. The product is widely used in industries and departments such as electricity, coal, metallurgy, petrochemicals, environmental protection, geology, cement, colleges and technical supervision, as well as coal laboratories.
