Experimental operation steps for testing sulfur content in coal
1. Check if the electrolyte can be used normally.
2. Operating method of sulfur analyzer: Put the electrolyte into the bottle evenly, 5 to 10 milliliters. Put PH test paper into the electrolyte, take it out and check the color of the test paper. When it is greater than 7 but less than 1, the electrolyte can be used. When it is less than 1, it cannot be used.
3. Turn on the computer and keep it in a stable state.
4. Turn on the sulfur determinator.
5. Heat up (Note: Adjust the current to 5-8 amperes and check if it's normal)
When the temperature rises to 500℃, turn on the steam pump switch and add the electrolyte. And adjust the stirring speed.
7. Heat to 1150℃ and maintain a constant temperature for 5 minutes.
8. First, weigh three coal samples as waste samples. The purpose of making waste samples is to neutralize the electrolyte, so that its ionization equilibrium point reaches the ionization equilibrium point required for measurement, and improve measurement accuracy.
9. Make the final sample.
10. Data recording.
11. Print and store data.
12. Remove the electrolyte and wash with water.
13. Turn off the power.
